With a donut-shaped design, our uber-cool BBQ Boats are fitted with a central barbecue and circular picnic table, providing the perfect setting for relaxed socialising. Bring your own drinks and barbecue or picnic food, and we’ll supply the rest!

Being eco-inspired electric, they are fume-free and whisper quiet, respecting our precious marine world and wildlife. With a cruisy maximum speed of 5 knots an hour, you’ll be as chilled as the champagne in your esky!

I went as part of a group of 10 ladies. We took some drinks and platters with us. It was absolutely fantastic, everyone had such a good time. Thank you so much we would definitely do this again!

Cruise past Mandurah’s thriving waterfront, glamorous yachts and through the canals. Enjoy lunch along the way or find a nice spot to anchor, taking in panoramic views. We’ll provide you with a scenic map, or ask us about our favourite places to dine with spectacular views.

Each BBQ Boat is fitted with a central charcoal barbecue designed by famed international chef, Heston Blumenthal. You can sizzle a sausage or throw a shrimp (or other scrumptious local seafood) on the barbie. Or if you prefer not to cook, bring along a share platter or picnic lunch. We’ll provide tongs, plates, cups, cutlery and napkins.

BYO Drinks

You are welcome to bring your own drinks for your BBQ Boat experience. There is room for a 50-litre esky on our standard size BBQ Boats and a 70-litre esky can be accommodated on our 10-person BBQ Boats. For BYO rules, click here.

Mandurah BBQ Boats operate daily during peak season (November to May) and weekends only over the cooler months (June to October). If you would like to request a date not scheduled please call us on 08 9581 1242 and our team will assess if this is possible.

Cook a barbecue or bring a picnic:

BBQ Boats are the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing lunch on the water. You can bring all the ingredients to cook your own barbecue (select a BBQ as an optional extra when booking). Alternatively, bring a simple share platter or picnic lunch and save cooking.

We provide eco-friendly disposable tableware ~ plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, tongs, sharp knife and bin bag.

BYO DRINKS:

You are welcome to bring your own drinks for your BBQ Boat experience. There is room for a 50-litre esky on our standard size BBQ Boats and a 70-litre esky can be accommodated on our 10-person BBQ Boats.

Like driving a car, the skipper is responsible for the safety of the boat and its passengers, and therefore we recommend the skipper sticks to soft drinks. The skipper can have a maximum blood alcohol level of 0.05. Please drink responsibly.

We recommend bringing:

  • camera
  • sunhat
  • sunscreen
  • sunglasses
  • warm top (it can get cool on the water)
  • food and drinks in a cool bag or esky

Hirer and skipper ~ please bring valid photo ID and a credit card for authorisation of the security bond

Your cruise departs from Dolphin Quay in the Mandurah Ocean Marina, where we will meet you at the appointed time to set you off safely.  For a location map, click here.

Please arrive on time to ensure ample time for your cruise, and to complete a mandatory safety briefing at the start of the hire.

This tour is NOT wheelchair accessible. Please call Mandurah Cruises Booking Office on 9581 1242 to discuss which of our tours are suitable if you have accessibility requirements.
